Fresh Water Pentecostal Church, is a regestered Faith Based Organization in Uganda.(Mukono-Nabuti).

It is a day by day growing mega church which was founded on 14th of June 2014 by Pr.Bulega Elijah.

After a long journey with the Lord,God had a special dialogue with Pr. Elijah and told him that when you touch my people, you touch my heart and where the treasures of the king are,there the king's heart is also. So go touch on my people and raise me a whole man.

In that dialogue, Pr. Elijah asked God that where are your people?. and the Lord answered him saying, go one to one, town to town, village to village, nation to nation throughout the earth, there are my people.and after the dialogue, Pr. Elijah embraced the vision and started the Fresh Water Pentecostal Church ministry by the roadside under a small tent.

God did great works and wonders under that small tent that caused many people to thirst for the fresh water that came out of the rock and due to the many people, a small tent could nolonger contain them and the Fresh Water Pentecostal Church was shifted into a one single room.

Because Pr. Elijah embraced the Lord's vision, the Holy Spirit convicted many more people that overfilled the single room and caused a re-shifting to a bigger place than just a room and the Fresh Water Pentecostal Church ended up shifting under a big tree shade where God continued touching His people.

Under the big tree shade, the congregation multiplied and that forced the Fresh Water Pentecostal Church management to rent a bigger structure where the ministry is now.
